When you book with SandosPromo, you choose your exact resort and travel dates upfront. Your reservation is confirmed with specific check-in and check-out dates — no open-dated certificates, no "book within 45 days" gimmicks. Every vendor in this industry works with the resort's availability calendar, but not every vendor gives you your paperwork before you pay. We do.

Within four business days of booking, your reservation is 100% confirmed — in many cases, as little as 36 hours. You'll receive a complete reservation agreement with your confirmed dates, room type, and total cost. Payment is collected upon signing, and your contract is your protection — for you and for us.

Every booking is documented, every customer interaction is recorded, and every agreement is legally binding. We work directly with the resort to ensure your stay is honored exactly as contracted.
