Hidden Costs to Know About

• Return airport transfer: If you book a round-trip transfer with your package, it’s covered. One-way back to the airport via shuttle runs $75–100.
• Resort deposit hold: When you check in, the resort places a $750 USD hold on your credit card as a security guarantee. This is not a charge — it’s released at checkout if you meet the terms of your stay (attend the required presentation, don’t cause damage, etc.). Your card needs $750 available credit. Debit cards are not accepted for this hold.
• Minibar, room safe, phone calls: Minibar is included in your all-inclusive (no charge). Room safe is usually free. Phone calls are expensive — use WiFi and WhatsApp instead.
• Spa upsells: Massages and spa treatments are not included in the promotional package price. These are add-on costs.
