What exists on property at Sandos Cancún, Playacar, Caracol, and Finisterra — accessibility, laundry, spa, baby gear, cabanas, and transfers. Not a sales pitch.

This is a resource, not a pitch. We want you to know what exists on property. SandosPromo (Bowman Web Services) can book extras and weddings as your travel agent. A promo stay is a separate minivac. We are not Sandos.

Accessibility

Cancún, Playacar, and Caracol: The hotel says these properties are accessible. Request a wheelchair and an accessible room when you book. Inventory is not published.

Finisterra: The official FAQ says facilities are not adapted. There are steps around the property. There is no wheelchair FAQ. webrelations.finisterra@sandos.com

No official scooter, oxygen, or hospital-bed catalog is published at any of the four resorts.

Strollers: Playacar’s official stroller FAQ contradicts itself — confirm with the hotel. Finisterra: bring your own stroller. Cancún is 18+ (no kids).

Laundry

Laundry is extra at all four resorts. Dial the operator. There is no public price list.

Royal Elite members get 25% off laundry. That discount is listed on Royal Elite benefits.

Spa and salon

Treatments are extra. Official menus:

Baby gear

Cribs and playpens are available on request at Playacar, Caracol, and Finisterra. Not a Cancún thing — that resort is 18+.

Cabanas

There is no official paid cabana rental menu. Beach chairs are included. Some cabanas and Balinese beds are Royal Elite only.

Excursions and transfers

We are not rebuilding that list here.

On a promo stay, the arrival transfer is free. The return transfer is extra and booked through Seek & Go.
