NQ LETTER — SECONDARY PROGRAM

1. Married and cohabitating couples must be between 28 and 75 when arriving at the hotel. Valid photo IDs showing age, the same last name if married, and the same address as their partner (passport and driver’s license). Children in common (proven with picture ID) or a marriage certificate serve as proof of marriage or cohabitation.
2. Single women must be between 35 and 65 when arriving at the hotel. Valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license).
3. Must have a steady legally recorded job, or be a retiree with pension or retirement money (retirees only apply if married or cohabitating).
4. At the sales presentation: at least one (1) personalized valid major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover). Digital cards, corporate cards, extension cards, debit cards, and debit cards that also function as credit cards are NOT accepted.
5. All travelers present a valid ID (passport or driver’s license without federal restrictions) at the sales presentation.
6. Valid for US or Canadian (not including Montreal or Quebec) citizens or permanent residents. Temporary residents do not qualify.
7. All adult travelers attend the 90–120 minute vacation club sales presentation together at the hotel.
8. Speak, read, and write fluent English or Spanish and be able to sign a legally binding agreement without a translator.
9. At check-in, reception holds a $750 USD guarantee deposit on the credit card, released at check-out once all requirements on this letter are met.
10. First night of vacation must be at Sandos Hotels.
11. Travelers who do not meet these requirements lose Qualified Prospect status and pay the regular rate for the total stay. Call the agency to process any reservation change.

Do not qualify (everyone pays hotel rack rate): (a) travel-agency and current or former timeshare employees; (b) single men; (c) anyone who attended a Vacation Club sales presentation at any Sandos hotel in the past 3 years, including members or former members; (d) special-event travel (groups, weddings, conventions); (e) a sales presentation at another hotel during the stay, or 30 days before or after; (f) arriving at the same destination days before the Sandos arrival date; (g) any name not on the original reservation (this Minivac package is not transferable); (h) friends and/or family traveling together on this kind of special promotion with different confirmation numbers — none of them qualify.

IMPORTANT: Guests schedule the presentation with the concierge; it cannot be the first or last day of the stay, or January 1 / December 25; no other appointments the same day. Check-in 15:00, check-out 12:00. Early flights (00:01–4:00 am): add the extra night. By signing, participants agree to all terms above; any verbal or written agreement not in this letter is NOT valid. Transfers: call 1-844-366-8385 / +52 998 193 3492 fifteen (15) days before arrival. High season (Holy Week, Christmas/New Year, Finisterra Bisbee’s) is not available on NQ. Package includes 2 adults (Playacar/Caracol also 2 children ages 3–12) in one standard room and one-way airport-to-hotel transfer only. Return transfer, tours, activities, car rentals, payment plans, 2x1, 3x1, and multi-destination packages are not allowed.
