RESERVATION REQUEST LETTER

1. Married or cohabitating couples; at least one aged 28–70 when attending the presentation. Valid photo IDs showing age and the same address (or marriage certificate / proven children in common). Combined annual income of at least $60,000 USD. Couples must attend together.
2. Steady legally recorded full-time job (part-time does not qualify). Retirees accepted only if one still holds a recorded job; pensions do not participate.
3. Present at least one personalized valid major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover). Digital, corporate, extension, and debit cards are NOT accepted.
4. Valid for US citizens (excluding Puerto Rico) or Canadian citizens (excluding Quebec/Montreal). At least one partner must be a natural-born citizen; the other may be a citizen or permanent resident.
5. All travelers present a passport or driver's license with signature, age, and matching addresses at the presentation.
6. Speak, read, and write fluent English or Spanish and be able to sign a legally binding agreement without a translator.
7. All adult travelers attend the 90–120 minute vacation club presentation together at the hotel.
8. A $750 USD guarantee deposit is held on the Qualified Prospect's credit card at check-in and released at check-out once all requirements are met.
9. The first night of travel must be at Sandos hotels.
10. Travelers who do not meet these requirements lose Qualified Prospect status and pay the total stay at the regular rate.

Do not qualify: travel-agency employees; current or former timeshare employees; retirees without recorded employment; single travelers; anyone who previously attended the club presentation at any Sandos hotel, including members or former members; anyone attending another presentation 30 days before, during, or 30 days after the stay; anyone arriving at the destination days before the check-in date; any name not on the original reservation (non-transferable); special-event travel (groups, weddings, conventions); companions traveling on different confirmation numbers.

IMPORTANT: Guests schedule the presentation with the concierge; it cannot be on the first or last day of the stay, or on Jan 1 / Dec 25; no other appointments the same day. By signing, participants agree to all terms above; no verbal or written agreement outside this letter is valid. Transfers: call 1-844-366-8385 / +52 998 193 3492 fifteen (15) days before arrival.

2. At least one partner with a legally recorded full-time job. Retirees only if the couple still meets the job requirement.
3. At check-in: one physical, personal, international credit card in the cardholder’s name. No digital, corporate, extension, debit, or additional cards.
4. Valid for Mexico residents except the resort’s own state and adjoining states (Caribbean: not Quintana Roo, Yucatán, or Campeche; Finisterra: not BCS; BCN only if flying). Foreign nationals must present proof of permanent residency in Mexico; temporary residency is not accepted.
5. Everyone presents a valid INE or passport at the sales presentation.
6. Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish or English and sign a legal contract without a translator.
7. All adults attend the 90–120 minute presentation together. Not arrival day, departure day, Dec 25, or Jan 1.
8. First night of travel must be at Sandos hotels. Standard room only.
9. At check-in, the hotel places a $15,000 MXN guarantee hold on your credit card. The hotel releases the hold once all program requirements have been met.
10. Anyone who does not qualify loses the promotion and pays rack rate. Money paid to the agency is not applied to that rate.

Do not qualify: travel-agency or timeshare employees (including former); retirees who fail the job rule; singles; prior Sandos club presentation (members or former members); another presentation 30 days before/during/after; arriving at the destination before this letter’s date; names not on the reservation; special-event travel; quinella / a second confirmation number.
