Not included: spa services, full bottles of wine, top-shelf liquor. Flights, extra nights, and extra guests (adults or kids) are extra. We don’t book flights and we don’t sell travel insurance. Kayaks and non-motorized water sports are included; the resort may charge a normal insurance fee.

It is the guest's responsibility to contact the hotel concierge to schedule the 90–120 minute sales presentation appointment.
The presentation cannot take place on the first or last day of your stay, or on December 25th or January 1st. You also cannot have any other appointments scheduled on the same day as the presentation.
If your flight arrives very early (12:01 AM – 4:00 AM), please contact us to add the extra night to your package and avoid any complications at check-in.
Resort taxes are included in the promotional package price.
Package includes one-way transportation from Cancun International Airport (CUN) to the hotel — approximately 12–15 minutes. Return airport transfer is available for an additional $100. By signing the reservation agreement, you accept all terms and conditions. Any verbal or written agreement made outside of the signed reservation letter is not valid. Failure to comply with any requirement will result in cancellation of the promotional rate — guests who wish to remain at the hotel must pay the full rack rate, and no promotional payments will be credited toward that balance.
