The base promotional rate includes two qualifying adults and two children ages 12 or younger in one Deluxe Family Suite. Additional guests are charged per night — adults (13+) at $132/night, children (3-12) at $66/night, and infants (0-2) are free.
These deeply discounted rates are offered through a partnership with Royal Elite Vacation Club, the resort's direct membership program. In exchange for the promotional pricing, both adults attend a single 90–120 minute presentation during their stay.

It is the guest's responsibility to contact the hotel concierge to schedule the 90–120 minute sales presentation appointment.
The presentation cannot take place on the first or last day of your stay, or on December 25th or January 1st. You also cannot have any other appointments scheduled on the same day as the presentation.
If your flight arrives very early (12:01 AM – 4:00 AM), please contact us to add the extra night to your package and avoid any complications at check-in.
Resort taxes are included in the promotional package price.
Package includes one-way transportation from Cancun International Airport (CUN) to the hotel — approximately 45 minutes. Return airport transfer is available for an additional $100. Children are ages 12 and under at the time of check-in. Any guest age 13 or older at check-in is considered an adult and is charged at the per-night extra-adult rate — even if they are 12 today and turn 13 before your check-in date. Confirm ages well in advance to avoid surprises.
By signing the reservation agreement, you accept all terms and conditions. Any verbal or written agreement made outside of the signed reservation letter is not valid. Failure to comply with any requirement will result in cancellation of the promotional rate — guests who wish to remain at the hotel must pay the full rack rate, and no promotional payments will be credited toward that balance.
