You Qualify If

Married or cohabitating couple — at least one partner must be between 28 and 70 years old at the time of the presentation
Combined annual household income of $60,000+ USD
Full-time employed with a legally recorded job (part-time does not qualify). Retirees accepted only if one partner has a legally recorded job — pensions and retirement income alone do not qualify.
At least one valid personalized major credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover. Digital, corporate, extension, debit, or debit-as-credit cards are NOT accepted.
U.S. citizen (excluding Puerto Rico) or Canadian citizen (excluding Quebec/Montreal). At least one partner must be a natural-born citizen with birth certificate or passport as proof. If one partner is not natural-born, they must hold citizenship or permanent residency (temporary residence does not apply).
Valid photo ID (passport or driver's license without federal restrictions) with signature, age, and matching address for both partners
Both adults must speak, read, and write fluent English or Spanish and be able to sign a legally binding agreement without a translator
Both adults attend the 90–120 minute sales presentation together
$750 USD refundable guarantee deposit on credit card at check-in — canceled when you check out having met all requirements

Cannot Qualify If

Travel agency employees, current or former timeshare employees, or retired persons without a qualifying employed partner

Important Notes

It is the guest's responsibility to contact the hotel concierge to schedule the 90–120 minute sales presentation appointment.

The presentation cannot take place on the first or last day of your stay, or on December 25th or January 1st. You also cannot have any other appointments scheduled on the same day as the presentation.

If your flight arrives very early (12:01 AM – 4:00 AM), please contact us to add the extra night to your package and avoid any complications at check-in.

Package includes one-way transportation from the airport to the hotel (San Jose del Cabo Airport). To schedule airport transportation, call 1-844-366-8385 or +52 998 193 3492 at least 15 days before arrival.

By signing the reservation agreement, you accept all terms and conditions. Any verbal or written agreement made outside of the signed reservation letter is not valid. Failure to comply with any requirement will result in cancellation of the promotional rate — guests who wish to remain at the hotel must pay the full rack rate, and no promotional payments will be credited toward that balance.
