Get 100% of your money back if your reservation is not issued by Sandos Resorts. Once your reservation is issued I can rebook your stay but can’t give refunds. If you need to cancel, I can forever re-book your stay without any fees on my end for that rebooking. You will have you to pay any fees the Sandos Resorts charges for your reschedule.
Cancellation fees can happen when you cancel on short notice (less than 30 days). Those fees are minor like $100-$200 for a complete rebook. You may also transfer to another couple that is also terms qualified. Any changes to existing reservations require resort program approval.
