Sandos Resorts: An Honest Review After 14 Nights at Caracol and Playacar

I spent 14 nights across Sandos Caracol and Sandos Playacar in May 2021—right when Mexico reopened after COVID shutdowns. The resorts were running at roughly 50% capacity, which meant fewer crowds and more attention from staff. I documented everything in 180 videos. This isn’t a sponsored review or travel blogger hype. The Beaches

Playacar has one of the best Caribbean beaches I’ve seen. Long, swimmable, white sand that feels exactly like what you’re imagining when you book a Mexico vacation. Caracol’s beach is smaller but still solid—what you lose in size you make up for in being less crowded.
