We are an independent promotional partner that facilitates discounted all-inclusive vacation bookings at Sandos Resorts through the resort's vacation club preview program operated by Royal Elite Vacation Club.

Bowman Web Services LLC does not own, operate, or manage any resort property. All accommodations, on-site amenities, dining, entertainment, and resort services are provided directly by Sandos Hotels & Resorts and Royal Elite Vacation Club.

• Payment processors — to securely process your payment (we do not collect or store credit card numbers)

6. Booking Process

Promotional vacation packages on SandosPromo.com are booked through the following process:

• Qualification Verification: Our AI assistant or a human representative verifies that you meet the resort's qualification requirements
• Availability & Pricing: We confirm available travel dates and provide exact pricing for your selected resort and season
• Reservation Agreement: A complete reservation agreement is sent to you via DocuSign for electronic signature — this is the legally binding document that governs your promotional stay
• Payment: Payment is processed securely after you sign the reservation agreement
• Confirmation: You receive a confirmation with your reservation details

7. Resort Deal Terms

The specific terms governing your promotional vacation package — including qualification requirements, presentation obligations, pricing, cancellation policies, the $750 refundable guarantee deposit, and non-compliance consequences — are detailed on each individual resort page and in the reservation agreement you sign via DocuSign.

Bowman Web Services LLC facilitates the booking of promotional vacation packages and acts as a marketing intermediary between you and the resort.

• We are not responsible for resort operations, room conditions, food quality, service levels, weather, flight disruptions, medical emergencies, lost property, or any other matters beyond our control
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the resort experience beyond what is specified in your signed reservation agreement
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bowman Web Services LLC for your promotional package

• Obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance for international travel
• Book and manage your own flights
• Ensure valid passports and travel documents for all travelers

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida
• Any legal disputes arising from your use of SandosPromo.com or related services shall be handled in Volusia County, Florida
• You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Volusia County, Florida
