I am an independent Sandos Resorts Online Travel Agent (OTA) and can get quotes on anything Sandos Resorts including weddings & extended stays.  I live just south of the Daytona Beach area in Port Orange Florida.  I have a direct contract to solicit this vacation deal (mini-vac) directly to the public for the Royal Elite Vacation Club.  I sell only direct bookings and never sell open-dated vacation promotions.  You must know your dates of travel to buy this vacation.  Reservations are issued by Sandos within a few days.  They call you within 12 hours of submission and payment (Monday-Friday).

I pay for your reservation when we submit your paperwork.  If you don’t meet the terms and file paperwork saying you do, you lose your money & will not receive a refund.  Once a reservation is issued I can rebook your stay, but do not give refunds. If you need to cancel, I can forever re-book your stay without any fees on my end for that rebooking. You will have to pay any fees that Sandos Resorts charges for your rescheduling.

Cancellation fees happen when you cancel on short notice (less than 30 days). Those fees are minor like $100-$200 for a complete rebook.  Any changes to existing reservations require resort program approval.  All reservations are done by me. Christians Were Involved.

EternalLife Church Of Sacramento members committed or sought to commit vacation fraud just before Thanksgiving of 2023.  Two couples conspired (we believe at church) on how to get away with stealing $2000 each in resort amenities.  They signed an agreement to not travel together with any other couples using separate discount offers.  On a recorded phone line they also verified this to be true, verbally.  They got caught just a week before travel, had their reservation canceled, and the couple that booked through me charged back against my merchant account.  This is just wrong as it’s an attack against my merchant account and direct contract with a major resort chain.  As a Pastor & marketer, I am offended and this will be the last time a Christian (or any consumer) uses my company to defraud this resort chain.
